Our signature validator can validate multiple signatures within a single document. However, validating multiple documents at once (bulk validation) is currently not supported.
Yes, DeepValidator checks whether a certificate was issued by a Trust Service Provider (TSP) that is officially listed in the Swiss Trust List or the EU Trust List.
Yes, the files are encrypted during upload and transmitted to the validation service via a secure HTTPS connection.
This ensures that the files cannot be intercepted or viewed by third parties during transmission.
We take privacy seriously. All data is processed in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU GDPR. Documents are never stored—they are processed temporarily for validation and immediately deleted after verification. DeepValidator does not share or retain any personal data.
By uploading a document, users explicitly consent to DeepCloud automatically processing the PDF and the embedded certificate data for the purpose of validation. Access is limited strictly to this automated validation process and does not go beyond it.
